PURPOSE
Ps Nyretta, who heads up the Women’s Ministry, have put together a dynamic team of enthusiastic & compassionate ladies whose passion is to serve the women in the community. Through Discipleship and Care, the women’s issues are addressed to assist them in realizing and fulfilling the purpose God has determined for each and every one of us.

STRUCTURE
The support system of this Ministry entails a Home Cell structure, where you have a choice of morning and evening home cells, whichever suit your needs. They strengthen and support our Cell Leaders and Zone Pastors in the CRC Family.
The women cells, under the Leadership and Direction of Ps Nyretta, function completely within the different zones, and are accountable to the different Zone Pastors.
This is vital for administration purposes, accountability, communication and training – to provide an oasis of life!
THEMES
Ps Nyretta has implemented a FOUR term program over a FIVE year period.
- Term One - Family Matters - Marriage/parenting/Family Life
- Term Two - Emotional Wholeness (Ensuring women are living well balanced lives on every level, spiritually, emotionally (mind, will & emotions) and physically).
- Term Three - Life Skills - Learning to be a well integrated person, living lives that reveal Godliness and discipline (Time Management, Health & Nutrition, Communication skills etc).
- Term Four - Community Outreach - Each cell gets involved with a Community project.
Notes are supplied for the cell leaders each week, dealing with each theme for the term. Ultimately these notes will be compiled into a Booklet form and made available to other Women leaders and CRC churches.
